Privacy Policy

RL Remodeling is a small family-run contractor in Brookfield, Illinois. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short on purpose.
What we collect
The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form on contact.html. When you submit that form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, city, and project details that you choose to provide. We do not collect any data automatically through tracking pixels, analytics, or advertising tools.
How we use it
We use your information to do exactly what you asked us to do: respond to your estimate request, schedule a walk-through of the project, and send you a written proposal. That is it. We do not use it for marketing or sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your form submission with one third party: FormSubmit.co, the form processor that delivers each contact-form submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit acts as a pass-through service and is bound by their own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no remarketing pixels, and no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no HubSpot, no Hotjar — none of it. The only third-party requests your browser makes are to load Google Fonts and Material Symbols icons (for typography), Tailwind CSS (for styling), and FormSubmit (only when you submit the contact form).
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare retains standard server access logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) for security and operational purposes per their own policies. We do not access or use those logs for marketing.
Your rights (Illinois and US residents)
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Send your request to rlremodeling38@yahoo.com and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We follow reasonable industry-standard practices to protect the information you submit. As required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530), we will notify affected individuals in the event of a data breach involving their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
